AI agents for dealership sales and F&I

Leverage your managers' know-how.
On every deal.

AI agents built to learn how your sales and finance managers work, from how they structure a tough deal to which lender buyer they call, and put that know-how on every deal, every shift, inside the limits you set. They're built to know every program your lenders publish and work every approval into the most profitable deal that fits, before a manager is asked. Built to work on top of Dealertrack, RouteOne, CUDL and other credit platforms.

Osprey · Best deal found · ready for Devon
Worked all 3 approvals against each lender's program. Best deal: Lender B with $1,500 more down. It keeps the full $2,950 back-end, $1,280 more for the store than Lender A as submitted, and passes every Lender B rule. Matches Devon's playbook: "Tier 2 with a trade, try Lender B first."

What we're building

Built to back up your managers, not replace them.

Each agent takes one piece of the grind off your sales and F&I managers and works inside the parameters you set: markup, term, advance, products, which lenders. Anything outside them goes straight to your managers.

Lender programs · technical

Every bank program, read the way the bank meant it.

Lenders write their programs in bulletins, rate sheets and guides, each with its own definitions and fine print. Our agents are built to turn each one into exact, cited rules for that lender. Then they do the work: structure the deal for every lender that said yes, fix what doesn't fit, and rank the results by what the store keeps. Your manager gets the best deal, already checked, not a stack of approvals to rework.

  1. Read the source.Bulletins, rate sheets and program guides, from the emails and portals your store already gets. Every value is cited to its page and section, and a value that doesn't appear in the document is thrown out.
  2. Keep each lender's definitions. One bank's advance is on wholesale book, another's on invoice. One counts back-end toward advance, another doesn't. PTI on gross or net. The agents keep every lender's terms as written, never one generic formula.
  3. Respect dates and fine print.Effective windows, superseded sheets, specials that override standard rates, model-year and mileage exclusions, "lesser of" caps.
  4. Ask when it's unclear. If the program doesn't say, the agent flags the exact question for your lender rep instead of guessing.
  5. Find the best deal.Every approval is restructured to fit its lender, checked rule by rule and ranked by what the store keeps. Only the winner, with the math, goes to your manager.

Why we built aimlark

We watched good deals leave money on the table.

Santi saw it from the funding side, Irvin from the sales side. The managers knew how to work a deal. They just never had the time to work every approval against every program, on every deal.

Three lenders say yes. One gets worked. There's time to rework one approval, so the rest of the money on the deal stays on the table.
Programs change faster than binders.Specials, caps and advance rules shift every quarter, and the fine print decides the deal.
Funding stalls on details.A missed stip or a contract error costs days in transit and invites kickbacks.

So we're building agents that do the full math on every deal and hand your managers the answer, not the homework. Your people keep the relationships, the customers and the final call.

Who you'll work with

Built by people who know the deal.

Irvin came up through auto finance on the sales side, owning a large book of dealer accounts and working daily with sales and finance managers. Together they understand the dealership deal from both ends, and Irvin makes sure what aimlark builds fits how managers actually work.

FAQ

Questions dealers ask us.

Is this live today?

Not yet. We're building it now and looking for our first dealers to shape it with us. Every agent on this page is marked Roadmap until it's running in a real store.

Does it replace my F&I or sales managers?

No. The agents take the grind: reading lender decisions, comparing structures, working callbacks, chasing stips. Your managers set the limits, handle what falls outside them, and present to customers.

Will the agents work with lenders?

That's the plan, inside the parameters you set. You choose the markup, term, advance, product and lender limits, and whether a manager approves each callback or the agents handle counters that leave the customer's deal unchanged and stay inside your limits. Anything outside your limits goes to a manager. With customers, your F&I manager always presents payment, rate and products.

Which credit platforms do you work with?

Our agents are built to sit on top of Dealertrack, RouteOne, CUDL and other credit platforms, never instead of them. Today they work from the screens and exports your team already uses. Direct connections are on our roadmap.

How do the agents stay inside compliance?

By staying inside each lender's guidelines and your own policies, the same way on every deal. Products are always itemized and offered on one menu, and every decision is logged. Your compliance team and counsel own the rules; our agents aren't legal advice.

Which lender programs do the agents know?

The ones your lenders already send your store: rate sheets, tier and advance guidelines, specials and stip requirements. The agents are built to keep them current and match each deal to the program that fits.

What does my manager actually see?

The finished deal: the best structure across every lender that approved, the rules it passes, what the store keeps, and the runner-up options. Managers approve and present. They don't redo the math.

Who is this for?

Franchise stores and larger independents running real volume through Dealertrack, RouteOne or CUDL.

Do you build agents for other industries?

Yes. If you're not a dealership and want an agent tailored to your business, we'll build one. Tell us about it on a free estimate call and we'll quote it.

What does it cost?

Every system is built around your store, so we quote after a free estimate. You decide from there.

Who builds it?

Santiago Quiroz, Ashton Hamm and Irvin Valencia, the founders of aimlark. You talk to us directly.
