For lenders

Your programs, used as written.

You publish bulletins, rate sheets and guidelines so dealers structure deals your way. We're building aimlark agents to work at the dealer's desk, on top of Dealertrack, RouteOne and CUDL, reading your bulletins and rate sheets the way you meant them. The goal: deals that reach you already fitting your programs.

What we're building for

Cleaner submissions

Structures checked against your advance, term and payment-to-income limits before they reach your buyers.

Fewer kickbacks

Contracts audited against your approval and stips collected before the deal ships.

Faster to fund

Stip requirements known up front, so funding packages arrive complete.

Programs actually used

Specials and new programs get matched to the deals that fit them, before they expire.

Consistent process

Dealer markup policy applied the same way on every deal, products itemized, every decision logged.

Questions, not guesses

When your program doesn't say, the agent flags the exact question for your rep instead of guessing.

How agents read a program

Your definitions, not a generic formula.

Advance on book or invoice. Back-end in or out of advance. Income gross or net. "Lesser of" caps, model-year limits, effective dates, superseded sheets. Every rule the agent uses is cited to the page and section of your bulletin, and anything not in the document is thrown out.

  1. Read the source.Your bulletins, rate sheets and program guides.
  2. Keep your terms. Each lender's definitions, exactly as written.
  3. Respect the dates.Effective windows, superseded sheets, specials.
  4. Ask your rep.Unclear rules become questions, not assumptions.
  5. Test every deal.Rule by rule, before it reaches your buyers.
